Mitch founded Essex Clear Ears in 2019, from his extensive background as a Senior and Chief Audiologist in the NHS. Regularly witnessing delays in patients receiving the right care, he believed an independent ear wax removal service would offer a much-needed solution.
Mitch’s original service involved ear wax removal conducted in the comfort of patients’ own homes, which then enabled them to complete their care plan with the NHS.
However, the demand for Mitch’s expertise quickly grew, and it soon became clear that he was providing an essential service for many.
The range of ear care services offered – not to mention the Essex Clear Ears team – has expanded since those early days. Yet Mitch’s original aim to provide experienced, professional, and accessible ear care to those who need it most, remains at the heart of our practice.
We are proud to offer objective advice regarding all ear-related concerns, from noise and water protection to advice about the wide range of hearing aids available.
