What happens when you visit Essex Clear Ears for the first time?
We hope our friendly approach will help you feel immediately relaxed and comfortable!
We will then ask you some detailed questions about your hearing, so we can understand why you’ve chosen to visit us and how we can help. We’ll clearly explain the relevant procedure, giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
If we’re performing ear wax removal, we will also take pictures of the inside of your ears before and after the process.
Following completion of your ear care procedure, we will provide bespoke advice and follow-up with you as needed. For regular patients, we have a loyalty scheme in place – please contact us for details.
